      My responsibilities include: -Delivering first class teaching to children within Year 1 and Year 2. -Preparation and development of lesson plans in accordance with the National Curriculum, with the knowledge of assessment frameworks to underpin the planning and progression within Year 2. - Taking on the role of Phonic Subject Leader. This has included implementing a new school progression and adapting this across Key Stage One, the monitoring of the subject and providing other staff CPD to ensure Phonics is used across both Key stages in school. - Differentiating, adapting and motivating children of all abilities including those with SEN(D) needs to ensure all children can access the curriculum. -Liaising with other educational professionals and parents to ensure the welfare and educational needs are being met.
