      Bar Supervisor

Throughout my education I have worked part time in a local bar and after 2 years I was promoted to bar supervisor of this extremely busy establishment. I frequently deal with customers face to face and over the telephone in a confident and friendly manner. It is my job to ensure that all customers are provided with excellent customer service and that their needs are catered for with professionalise from start to finish. My other responsibilities include, organising staff, maintaining stock levels of beverages and food, health and safety of both clients and other members of staff, cashing up at the end of each shift and ensuring that all transactions balance, organising events within the bar which include promotions and charity events and I also promote the business via social media networks (Facebook, twitter, instagram) as well as being adept at website management. I excel in the fields of promotions and client based hospitality, I believe my friendly and outgoing personality enables me to both promote business whilst creating new clientele as demonstrated by my numerous successful campaigns. During events and campaigns I would take lead responsibility from conception to completion. My usual tasks would include dealing with clients, taking and finalising bookings, coordinating with the client and in house staff and arranging bespoke promotional material. Show less

      Primary School Coach

My role as a primary school coach was to plan and prepare lessons which cater for classes of different ages and abilities. Giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development. I was responsible for two sports teams in each school I attended, five in total. I organised activities, such as shooting, passing, dribbling with basic fundamental skills needed for not only football but for most sports in general, and sporting events. These sporting events were carried out at Halloween and towards the end of the academic year, these events where competitions carried out with all the schools in the area. My experience has enabled me to prioritise work commitments ensuring that various activities are will organised and implemented at a high standard. I frequently research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and devise new curriculum materials. I had various pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of supporting pupils on an individual basis through academic, personal and sporting difficulties in which I enjoyed very much liaising with other professionals, such as learning mentors, careers advisers and education welfare officers and widening my contacts with coaches, schools and people within the district.
