  Specific Duties, Responsibilities and accountabilities.1. Prepare annual and monthly dissemination plans in collaboration with the Branch Director and the dissemination coordinator. 2. Responsible for the implementation of planned dissemination activities for the SSRCS branch.3. Ensure that the principles and activities of the Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement are widely disseminated and known internally, among volunteers and SSRCS branch staff. 4. Carry out dissemination activities for specific target groups within the population, as defined in collaboration with the Branch Director and the dissemination coordinator5. Ensure that volunteer disseminators at the branch units are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their functions effectively.6. Under the supervision of the branch manager, establish contact and improve the branch's relationship with the local authorities, the humanitarian community and civil society groups in the various parts of the State.7. Participate in training workshops, seminars, dissemination sessions and media activities.8. Include safer access in all SSRCS dissemination sessions and trainings.9. Promote positive collaboration with all movement partners and particularly with the ICRC, in the area of dissemination of RC/RC Movement fundamental principles and the emblems of humanity.10. Write monthly activity reports to the branch director and send copies to the dissemination coordinator.11. Improve relationship with local media organs (Radio, TV, Newspapers) and seek ways to disseminate the SSRCS activities through them.12. Responsible for record keeping of all dissemination, publicity materials and equipment of the Branch.13. Recruit, coach, train and manage volunteers.14. Regularly update the dissemination volunteer database.15. Organize communication-related volunteer gatherings, including 8th May arrangements. Show less 1.
