    • ARAMARK

      Feb 2009 - Aug 2012
      Student Manager

As a Student Manager with Aramark, I was responsible for providing quality customer service to over 300 people per day. This meant collaborating with other location managers to organize events to increase sales and come up with solutions to problems in order to improve the restaurant’s overall outcome. My role as a Student Manager allowed me to improved, organize, and lead training sessions for over 50 front of house staff members twice a year in order to improve team-member effectiveness. With that said, I was also responsible for evaluating over 50 staff members twice a year in order to asses their strengths and help them improve upon their weaknesses. In addition to training and evaluating fellow team-members, I mentored and led over 20 employees per shift, subsequently boosting team member morale. Show less

    • New Jersey State Police

      Jan 2013 - Jun 2013
      Crime Analyst Intern

While interning at the New Jersey Fusion Center, I gained experience working with intelligence software such as i2, SARs, and the Police Records Management Systems in order to collect intelligence and analyze crime and security threats. I then used these analyses that I had gathered, along with documents and records that I reviewed in the law enforcement databases, to prepare daily crime analysis reports, such as the Suspicious Activity Reports for the State of New Jersey and ballistics reports for high gun crime areas such as Camden, NJ. These crime reports that I compiled assisted other officers in their investigations. Over the course of my internship, I gained knowledge of intelligence operations as well as criminal investigative techniques all while participating in ongoing investigations. All of these experiences have allowed me to become skilled at quickly engaging in various projects in a professional, fast-paced environment surrounded by law enforcement personnel. Show less

While interviewing, I kept accurate and organized records of the interviews to give to the Primary Investigator. While working there, I was trained in various aspects of research such as HIPPA and Human Subjects Research. Show less
