  Established installer and distributor training and certification programs as part of a greater initiative to apply engineering controls to minimize user error and improve hydrogen electrolysis reactor operation. Managed high volume installation programs ranging from 100+ units for local service and trucking companies in Ontario up to 3000+ units slated for installation internationally valued at 14 million CAD in revenue. Involved in VERA certification applications for carbon credit generation derived from emission reductions gained from introducing hydrogen gas into diesel engines. Pokaż mniej Iteratively designed large hydrogen gas capacity (27L/min browns gas; 600% increase from base unit) alkaline electrolysis reactor product lines as well as their damping, mounting and safety redundancy systems. This involved design using CAD, CFD and FEA analysis and developing internal drawing systems, fabrication quality assurance systems as well as manufacturing process automation systems still in use today. Involved in development of AEM electrolyzer reactor units as well. Successfully addressed design challenges such as sensor issues caused by fluid sloshing, dampening in high amplitude mining environments and maintaining electrolysis conductivity in sub-zero weather etc. Pokaż mniej Responsible for the development, asset management, and installation of hydrogen producing alkaline electrolysis units to achieve fuel and emission reductions in diesel engine systems. Achieved up to 19.2% reduction in fuel consumption and 89%, 47%, and 57% reductions in Nitrous Oxides, Carbon Monoxide and Total Hydrocarbon emission levels as well as 10% Carbon Dioxide, 55% reduction in particulate matter and 30% DEF usage in various applications. Designed custom mounting solutions and utilized engine telematics on a wide variety of diesel engines (mobile cranes, bulldozers, haulers, long haul trucks, service vehicles, gensets, dynamometers, buses and also marine applications) and also managed engine data using SQL scripts. Developed unit assembly, installation and RMA breakdown methodologies including implementation and verification of effectiveness according to ISO:9001 principles.
