      I shadowed the Managing Director (Lead Consultant) in conducting several consultancies of different projects which included annual Technical Audit of Malawi Social Cash Transfer Programme (a World Bank funded programme) in 2018 & 2019 and led a team in the quarterly monitoring and verification of faith-based health facilities providing health services under a public-private partnership agreement programme called Service Level Agreement (SLA) from 2016 to 2020.My role in conducting the Technical Audit for the Cash Transfer Programme involved:• Organising logistics for fieldwork and preparations of work plan• Conducting analysis of data and report writing of our findings for our client, National Local Government Finance Committee (NLGFC). In my role as lead monitor for the SLA programme, I was responsible for: • The planning, budgeting, research and implementation of monitoring of SLAs. • Furthermore, I was responsible for ensuring my team achieved deadlines and submission of all data in a timely manner to the managing director for final submissions to the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders including donor agencies such as USAID.
