  Head Of Public Relations

  I was chosen as the Head of the Public Relations Team at Brainstorm 2021, after a series of interviews. Brainstorm is a student led initiative by Bombay Scottish School where we invite trailblazers from various fields to share their journeys with students from all over Mumbai. Due to the COVID-19 situation this year was the first ever virtual Brainstorm where we invited students from 35 schools all over Mumbai, having a footfall of 400 participants.I had to not only head a team for the first time but learn to allocate and get work done according to the best of everyone's strengths and weaknesses on the team. The most important task of finalizing and narrowing down our speaker panel was given to me. I built on my communication and formal writing skills so as to have the convincing power in me to get some successful personalities on board. While making innumerable number of calls and emails I was also making sure of the smooth functioning of our social media platform. This included posting schedules, design adjustments and increasing engagement on our page.I scored a final win by having Abhimanyu Dassani ( Bollywood Actor ), Capt. Rishabh Kapur ( Pilot ), Zoe Siddharth ( Singer- Songwriter ), Jehan Daruvala ( F2 Racer ) and Shaurya Sinha ( Entrepreneur ) as our speakers for the event. Show less
