      A social & cultural enterprise devoted to the international promotion of the Caribbean art markets, focusing mainly on Puerto Rico. The enterprise’s main activity consists on the annual execution of MECA International Art Fair, grouping more than 40 local and international art galleries and independent projects in one event. As Cultural Director at MECA, acted as a Cultural Liaison achieving strategic partnerships with cultural institutions for the sustainability of the project. Directed and co-drafted sponsorship strategies and proposals. In charge of designing, developing and executing an innovative educational program, as part of the art fair events, targeted at students of underserved communities in Puerto Rico. The project aims to democratize access and participation of young people from all backgrounds on events and forums related to art, while empowering them through workshops, conversations with artists and other professionals of the cultural sector. One of its main goals its to spread the seed of cultural entrepreneurship through these special audiences. Fundación Comunitaria de Puerto Rico & Banco Popular , Fundación Ángel Ramos, Malta India & the Puerto Rico Science, Technology & Research Trust have all funded the initiative. Show less

Technical Assistance - During the course of this process of evolution, organizations learn how to effectively design a logic model, use design thinking tools, and develop assessment metrics that provide meaningful and useful data that can then be published to assess impacts and serve as a benchmarking tool for other organizations in the strategic planning of other complementary programs further identifying opportunities for multi-partner solutions.
