      Responded to multiple public inquires both in person and over the phone. Evaluated and referred to the appropriate staff member for more complex issues. As a paraprofessional it was my job to interrupt and determine compliance of Lake of the Pines Rules and Regulations and Health and Safety Statutes. While patrolling a private gated community, by vehicle, citations were issued to individuals per the rules and regulations put forth by Lake of the Pines. During the course of my patrols, depending on the incident, I had to know what fell within my jurisdiction and when was appropriate to bring in other law enforcement agencies. When an incident occurred I was responsible for compiling information and data for reports as required. In this job, multitasking was a must. During the course of my shift I was expected to answer a high volume of calls, dispatch patrol officers to any disturbance being called in, and in Excel logging activities in accordance with specified association and security department policies.
