She acted as interim Chief Officer during a leadership transition and supported all process and program innovations while managing her own list of major gift and annual fund donors.

      For five years, Pam served as co-founder and chairwoman of Leadership Allegany - a joint initiative of Houghton College and the Greater Allegany County Chamber of Commerce. This annual 10-month program provides adult professionals who live, work, or have a vested interest in Allegany County with a dynamic leadership training and networking opportunity. Leadership Allegany's mission is to "Grow Leaders, Create Connections, and Impact Communities for Allegany County." Pam managed the program and led the Steering Committee in areas including student recruitment, sponsor acquisition, curriculum development, event planning and partnerships, alumni relations, and more. She supported the launch of the Southern Tier Leadership Summit, the growth of an online and social media presence, and expanded service initiatives for students.
