  - Implementation and the set up of the initiative/program TIP (Totally Integrated Power) in Colombia with the objective to increase steadily the number of compatible specifications with the company and thus increase the quantity of incoming orders for the business unit. - Research and define main electrical consultants for Infrastructure and Industry markets in Colombia for the implementation of a visit plan across the territory.- Develop and execute training programs on Siemens Energy Distribution products and systems (from medium to low voltage) focused on the client’s interests and needs.- Technical assessment on the electrical design of key projects with the support of Simaris Design tool to determine load flows, drop voltages, short-circuit currents, and electrical dimensioning of main components of the medium-low voltage net (medium voltage circuit-breakers, power transformers, busducts, low voltage switchgears and protections).- Technical support on the selection of best technologies adapted to customer’s budget and needs, and to the project requirements and characteristics. - Support the customer during project electrical design and definition developing useful documentation as: single line diagrams, adapted technical specifications, front and plant views, bill of quantities, preliminary budgets.Achievements up to date: - Supported and assessed six (6) Infrastructure projects on the designing phase with Siemens compatible specifications successfully introduced. Volume: 4.000.000USD (bidding phases of projects not yet released) Show less - Managed the technical-economic development of the innovative strategy: Medium Voltage- Secondary distribution SF6 gas insulated panels through sales channels. - Handled medium voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) portfolio, being the technical expert of the technology for Colombia and AAN region, and giving technical support at all the stages (pre-sales, sales, bid, order execution and warranty phases) .- Coordinated with Siemens Medium Voltage headquarters in Germany to define GIS technical special solutions, special delivery times, discount factors to reach target prices for each project, and technical guarantee solutions. - Aligned with Energy Management sales force to offer GIS technical detailed information and technical presentations to end customers at every market segment.- Developed technical documentation to detail comparison with competition (strengths and weaknesses) for each product of the portfolio, and use it as key reference in sales and bid phases. Price comparison as well developed.- Developed technical-economic proposals involving GIS for IEC local market (Colombia) and IEC international market (rest of AAN region). - Project manager for 4 important projects which ivolved the supply of 318 GIS panels in Colombia and Ecuador.  Achievements:> Secondary distribution panels successfully introduced on the Colombian Market. > New Orders up to Sept 2015 = $450.000USD = 121 panels sold. > Transmitted Siemens GIS key technologies to Business Unit offer and sales teams to have clearer arguments against competition according to project’s requirement.> Fastest response times to clients achieved with optimal technical solutions successfully defined. > Enhanced GIS offers with proper target prices and delivery times required by the market.> Successfully executed projects with committed delivery times and planned profit accomplished.> Booked New Orders due to bid preparation for GIS business segment for approximately 6MUSD Show less - Managed special project for promotion and marketing of new GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), developing the sales strategies, market analysis, price determination and executing visits to clients for the Andean region (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru).- Developed technical-economic proposals involving Secondary Distribution Medium Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) for IEC local market (Venezuela) and IEC international market (Perú, Ecuador and Colombia) taking into account local commercial conditions in each country, customer requirements and internal business guidelines.- Responsible for the “Products and Components” business in Venezuela. Developed technical-economic proposals, handled supply projects, and led the presentation of relevant business information such as figures, forecasts and other business indicators to local and regional management, as well as headquarters in Germany.- Project for the following supply projects involving Medium Voltage Components:> CADAFE (Supply of fifty (50) reclosers and ten (10) outdoor circuit-breakers.> ELEVAL (Supply of five (5) 34,5kV and one (1) 13,8kV outdoor SDV6 circuit-breakers.> MB SUPPLY (Supply of six (6) indoor circuit-breakers> MILLITSON (Supply of one (1) indoor circuit-breaker)- Developed technical-economic proposals involving the complete Medium Voltage portfolio (AIS, GIS and MV components) for IEC local market (Venezuela), using specialized costing software the design and costing tool.
