  Running heavy equipment gave me a taste of the construction world and how “something can come from nothing”. In the time I spent working at Brahma, I helped build a $21.5 million elementary school, box culverts, bridges and tear down a few houses. I was responsible for my daily truck inspections and DOT compliance.

  Assisting 10 national CST's (Customer Support Technician) in everyday Sales & Service tasks. Processing Field Service and Parts Orders, RMA and Warranty paperwork, fielding service calls from USC Dealers and USC Customers, creating quotes, manage and schedule 5 full-time service/install techs & 1 part-time tech. During our off season we are involved in continuous training and improvements. Responsible for supporting 14 USC Authorized Dealers from Oklahoma to Manitoba. This consists of keeping approximately 70 technicians up to speed on our ever-changing equipment technology and giving them personalized training to operate and service our equipment.
