I worked for a Major Customer who is having the contract of Coal mine overburden removal project is 200 Million USD in South India, lending Repairs & Maintenance Contract for the Excavator, Dozer, Wheel loader, Motor Grader etc.2.Maintaining a fleet of about 30 construction equipment's of various capacities of Komatsu Excavators starting from 40 ton to 200 ton (PC400 to PC2000) and Dozers of 240 HP to 650 HP (Model). D65, D155, D275, D375 & D475.3.Machines under this project have clocked 8000 hours min to 28000-hrs max.4. Machines have been guaranteed 85% availability & achieved 95% availability on average5. Maintaining an inventory worth 2 Million USD at site to upkeep machine availability as well as managing inventory cost.6. Self assisted by 5 Service Engineers and 10 Mechanics posted at various locations for whom adequate technical training provided every quarter there by updating the recent technical innovations/modification carried out on specific products which excludes online training facilities.
