  My product provides OTT availability details for TV show and movie programs across streaming platforms around the world. This data is critical for entertainment providers to offer universal search and discovery experiences, letting audiences seamlessly access TV shows and movies across OTT services, in addition to linear TV. This is part of the larger Gracenote universe or TV, movie and sports metadata - captured and cultivated on a global scale, linked by an elegant ID system that has been a key data source for main players in the industry on their signature platforms for years. Show less In this role:I am involved in the full customer lifecycle with a goal to make customers successful and increase revenue and retention.I own delivery of our solutions to customers.I am the interface with the product delivery teams of our customers.I manage communication in good and challenging project phases.I am the primary technical post-sales contact for key customers.I triage and manage status of all assigned customer issues.I interface with other Gracenote product, engineering and content teams necessary to solve complex customer issues.I provide various teams with overall health information of the customer base, including indicators to identify at-risk customers, through use of the company’s online sales management tools.I must maintain an excellent technical product knowledge on Gracenote’s video product portfolio. Show less I work with the Content Standards team to clarify, establish and communicate current and evolving company standards regarding entertainment content in Gracenote's video vertical. As this committee is largely concerned with changes to Content Standards, as the chair of the committee, I have worked to streamline and demystify the change proposal process, created an interactive tracking system for the projects passing through. I run the monthly meetings wherein decisions regarding which changes are acceptable to the video vertical at large are made, and work to assist those with innovative ideas to flesh them out and bring them to fruition within the preexisting structures of our company. I consider the clarification and communication of current content standards to be crucial to our expanding, global organization, and work with a "tiger team"​ I have brought together to collect, categorize, review, rewrite, and codify what has long been "tribal knowledge"​ in our company. As Gracenote continues to stretch its wingspan, I work to integrate our editorial procedures such that we achieve a level of global normalization, and alternately recognize market-specific needs such that clients around the world are satisfied with our database and products. I direct a second sub-committee to establish interdepartmental workflows, with an aim to streamline and communicate the sort of "nuts and bolts"​ protocols involved in established standards' execution on a logistically fundamental level.
