  - Commissioning of beet lab and attend installation with VENEMA company - Assist in and supervise the activities and work of beet lab team of subordinates to ensure that all work within quality department is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner - Preparation of the chemicals used in the analysis of the Beet lab - Supervising the operation of the lab - Ensure that laboratory equipment are functioning correctly and periodically calibrated - Preparing the report of the shift set out for work flow during working hours at the beet lab - Follow-up to ensure regular maintenance and good hygiene of the equipment of the Beet lab and follow up the repair of the faults urgently - Arranging the entry and exit of different chemicals, tools and spare parts from the beet lab and periodically inspecting the store - Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards - Manage the incoming materials laboratory analysis to ensure the quality of raw material (chemicals, limestone, bags….) - Make SOPS for analysis ,chemical preparation and instruments. - Analyze WTP samples for required specs TDS, conductivity, PH, chloride, TSS, turbidity and Hardness - Follow up different samples from various stages of the production process (frontend, purification, evaporation, sugar house, outside stations and utility stations Show less
