  As a Tour Manager, I was responsible for guiding groups of up to 55 travellers through 9 countries and 33 cities on hop-on hop-off tours around Europe. I also had the opportunity to spend 8 weeks leading sailing tours along the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia and working and attending major festivals like San Fermin and Oktoberfest. It was my duty to provide information including history, culture, food, and languages as well as assisting with accommodation bookings. I also did on board excursion sales daily, and had to keep in constant contact with suppliers at each stop.   My time with BrewDog was short but sweet. I had to leave the company due to my initial visa coming to an end, but it did introduce me to the rise in craft beer in Scotland. My duties at BrewDog as a bartender included beverage and food preparation as well as leading beer school classes a few shifts per week. Working here definitely peaked my interest in the craft beer revolution in the UK and is the main reason I have such an interest in it to this day. I pride myself in my vast knowledge of breweries, beer styles, and the brewing process and enjoy sharing it with others. Show less

Since I began working at this establishment, we have been awarded as the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ales) Pub of the Year for 2014 and 2015, as well as the 2015 Regional Pub of the Year. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and I really feel the pub is so popular due to the staff teamwork and commitment to the customer experience with a great knowledge of ales, wines, and spirits.
