  As founder and CEO of FAVOR I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating and planning day to day activities and evaluations for our 9 sites. We host and facilitate life skills training and development for youth at 7 middle schools and 1 high school and we also partner with OIC, an adult hospitality and culinary training center. My roll includes managing 6-10 facilitators and overseeing all program activity.
