  During my break year, I had interned at this firm which did analytical trading for 2 months.Their philosophy was that people are predictable, and since most people playing themarkets tend to lose money, we had to find the philosophy that drove the majority and dothe opposite. They then built software around such ideas which traded on their behalf,because it is unnerving to force yourself to go against basic human instinct.

  Koco & Koir Exports was set up in 2017 after lots of research into viability, processing techniques, machinery option, costs, labor availability, etc.Today, 2020, Koco & Koir Exports is one of the producers and exporters of coir pith, a soilless cultivation medium in India. With recent innovations that we have brought to the industry, we aim to become the top exporter for coir pith in India. With confidence from our investors and steady innovation and growth from the team & I, we have managed to double production year on year while increasing the value of the products we sell by delving into quality-conscious products and customers.   I studied the planning, viability, market scope, competition, alternate products, pricing, and investment returns for the entire company from scratch. After raising the required capital, we placed order for the machinery, land purchase, construction of the premises including labor quarters, raw and processed material storage, etc., electricity connection, machinery erection, human resource management, machinery maintenance, and accounts.The Company was established to replace and innovate on a segment of the packing division. Pallets are currently made out of rubberwood, pinewood, oak, or plastic. All of these are environmentally harmful, non-nestable, require fumigation, etc. Our export pallets are designed to give customers an opportunity to reduce their carbon footprint at affordable prices. The pallets are stronger and sustainable than conventional wooden and plastic pallets. Therefore, this aims to prevent deforestation and reduce the use of plastic. Show less
