  Moved into another delivery manager role in 2018 for a newly created team which was working on a new to the company 3rd party software.• Led an Agile group of analysts, developers, qa engineers and scrum masters in Ireland.• This was a very large team and there were 3 DM’s involved and we worked very closely together to ensure the standards required were met and the team was a high functioning team.• I again took ownership of the financial reporting involved, ensuring the resource costs were accurate, including the extra expenses of the travel budget to the US for PI planning weeks each quarter.• A training program was setup to ensure the 40 members on the new team were all trained to the required standard, including some of the US team travelling to Ireland and the SME’s from the software company providing the training onsite in Ireland for 2 weeks and online for another month. • ICAgile training was provided for the teams and assistance with the use of VersionOne and Jira were also provided.• Encourage and empower the team to drive the culture of innovation and improvement, bringing forward any value-add opportunities to the client and driving them through to completion.• Ensure all team members have clear goals, receive regular feedback, and have a career path.• Coaching my team through their current work and future career goals. • Ensuring and assisting the team to achieve the targets and standards required.• Managing the team's access requirements and any security audits involved.During this period there was also the need on another team for assistance and I stepped in to help them.This involved:• Providing analysis help on projects over a 9-month period• Acting as a scrum master on the team to help the folks spread across Ireland, India and the US Show less Managed 2 teams over 2 departments.   In 2021 I took on the additional responsibility for a transformation programme involving business partner engagement, delivery oversight, financial governance, resource management across many geolocations.I lead digital transformation programmes, responsible for the organisational restructuring to new operating models, technologies and ways of working.This included PM support to the program manager supporting the organizational restructuring of 1500 staff migrations to India.
