  I coached pre-school to kindergarten children. I taught them basic skills for seven different sports utilizing fun and exciting games that also promoted healthy living. I worked with some parents during camps to meet any accommodations for the children.

  I welcomed visitors to Allen Field House and DeBruce Center where I provided quests with memorable tours filled with KU Athletics history. I conducted tours and museum assistance during regular hours and game days. I enjoyed building relationships with guests and it even lead to helping curate a rare and unique item now in the museum. I assisted the KU Athletics department with game day preparation and facilities management at Memorial Stadium, Allen Field House, and Rock Chalk Park. I provided game day facility preparations, crowd control, directed athletes to athletic trainers, and escorted players and coaching personnel throughout games. I also had the unique opportunity in helping set up and assist ESPN's College Game Day.

  I was elected President in 2019 after two years of being Lead Manager. I worked closely with our governing bodies (USA Hockey, ACHA, MACHA, KU Recreation Services, and more) to grow awareness of the club’s brand and eligibility status which aided the program in the club’s first National Tournament Appearance in 2019. I directed and influenced the collaboration of administrative operations including player and staff recruitment and retainment, member eligibility, club registration, and managed a $50k budget. I also introduced fundraising strategies, merchandise creation and sales, marketing, social media, game and event operations, and more to the team. Within my first year with the club, I increased multi-media engagements by 60% by shaping solutions and approaches, leveraging trends in customer marketplaces and industries, and utilizing elevated promotions. My efforts included contributing $21k+ in annual fundraising and sales within 2.5 years and the highest game attendance ratings for the club to date, all while I grew our staff from one to thirteen participants. I also engineered digital strategy and objectives to amplify the organization and client’s brands, which included generating a tracking system to gather daily social updates on clients and industry trends with weekly and monthly analysis to identify new opportunities. In addition, I created all recruitment materials, including NFL draft prep, marketing plans before and during their playing careers, contract negotiation highlights, post-career planning, and more while I personalized all materials based on the research myself and my teammate conducted for each client.   In this role, I assisted potential domestic and international student-athletes with the eligibility process for their NAIA school. I communicated with universities, competitive athletic teams, leagues and competitions, coaches, and more to establish proper eligibility for each student. This required me to identify means of problem-solving with exceptional communication, cross-analysis, research, and task management skills.   Became Creative Coordinator in September 2022 after freelancing for a year.I designed client marketing materials for NFL recruit presentations as well as NFL player promotions which included free agency presentations for select NFL teams to be used in contract negotiations that resulted in three lucrative deals for clients ($44.5M / 3 year, $11.3M / 3 Years, $1M / 1 year). I created posts for players' personal social media accounts including but not limited to Terry McLaurin, Jeremy Chinn, the Terry McLaurin Foundation, and Shaquem Griffin's My Hero campaign. I utilized Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Twitter and Instagram Analytics, and Excel for designing engaging content as well as tracking and analyzing content success.I doubled our growth and impression rates while growing ESG's engagement rate to 2.2% (1.53% higher than the industry average) and continued to grow our interaction rate to 3.9%.
