  I joined QBE in 1995 as a Claims Adjuster in respect of assumed business.In 1997 I became the leader and ultimately the manager of QBE Groups's ceded xol programmes. I estimate I identified, calculated, billed and collected in excess of USD 1 billion in ceded recoveries, dealing with and resolving reinsurers queries.In 2006 following a departure in Dublin, I was promoted to Head of Claims for both Insurance and Reinsurance claims in Ireland.
