I am the team leader so I do field visits, hospital assessments and teaches as well as office work, I help write policies and do all in house nursing staff education as well as presentations and training for other VNAs. We do all types on IV line care(picc, mid and central lines, peripheral, pheresis and ports) We do iv antibiotics, TPN, hydration therapy, pain management, and line/port maintenance.
