Developed a 50 person multi-national maintenance team from original (12) providing contractual role & compliance and RSAF 66-1 maintenance management and support, technical advice, device performance, pilot training curriculum development for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) program. ➽ Managed new equipment installations, acceptance testing and customer sign-off. Responsible to ensure daily readiness checks and root-cause TD analysis & repair, operational maintenance and training on all flight simulator systems. Communicated program status, operational or performance details to BAE SYSTEMS, RSAF Military Complex and HQ CAE Customer Support. Managed hardware and software upgrades, Technical Discrepancies, software configuration management, documentation while adhering to applicable SQMS, ITAR and internal regulations and policies. ➽ Awarded multiple BAE SYSTEMS Innovation awards for my operational role in specifying and developing an improved simulator software flight test platform that led to the customer’s simulator becoming the 1st C-130 simulator worldwide to achieve level "C" FAA flight certification.➽ Innovated, Designed and Developed the Simulator industries 1st digitized Schematic Viewer software with real-time node voltage display ever implemented on an active device called Schema-Vue.
