  Led, managed and successfully delivered the Electronic Connectivity Project, with a budget of £290K. The project was to commission and integrate an electronic information delivery solution to enable WDF to send and receive information with its 250 suppliers, ensuring far greater efficiency across commercial, finance and the central distribution centre.• Delivered the Electronic Connectivity Project successfully to go-live and into roll out to all suppliers on time and under budget.o Researched, wrote and presented the project proposal winning initial fundingo Wrote the business case and project charter.   Planned and managed the budget for two challenging world trips covering three continents and nine countries. Taking the opportunity to build upon strong communication and negotiation skills, constantly interacting with people from many diverse cultures and backgrounds and achieving set goals. Highly able to adapt to changing and challenging situations, using initiative to find solutions to problems as they arose and found that ‘can’t do’, is often worth challenging.

The Planning function is accountible for the activation of all new developments, liaising with global, cluster and local teams to gather data and report. Planning manages a data asset management service that conserves, curates and exploits valuable data assets. My function maps, records and improves department processes. I have been involved in severeal new system development projects to delivery new IT systems/ functions to the wider team and business. Show less
