      Led, managed and successfully delivered the Electronic Connectivity Project, with a budget of £290K. The project was to commission and integrate an electronic information delivery solution to enable WDF to send and receive information with its 250 suppliers, ensuring far greater efficiency across commercial, finance and the central distribution centre.• Delivered the Electronic Connectivity Project successfully to go-live and into roll out to all suppliers on time and under budget.o Researched, wrote and presented the project proposal winning initial fundingo Wrote the business case and project charter. Planning manages a data asset management service that conserves, curates and exploits valuable data assets. My function maps, records and improves department processes.
