  As a student, I used to work during summer holidays (Every July from 2011 to 2015) for Managem Group in the extraction location based in Tinghir (The town I was born and raised in). This experience allowed me to understand the process of silver extraction and refining, the different departments within the company and the roles of each one of them starting from field exploration, drilling, and crushing raw minerals, mechanical processing with vibrating tables and chemical treatment to heat treatment in order to produce one of the finest Silvers in the world.
