      In my role as a Project Manager, I was responsible for overseeing a P0 program consisting of roster of 6-13 projects and totaling up to $0.5M in monthly revenue. I supervised the work of a team of 7 APMs on the program, ensuring each of them understood our client's project requirements and objectives, and ensuring that each of them had the necessary resources and knowledge to complete project work successfully. I maintained a strong client relationship, managed project risks, and drove key process improvements. Under my leadership, time spent on critical reporting tasks was reduced by over 90% while dramatically improving accuracy and reducing human errors. Other process improvements supported improved scalability of Quality control processes. These improvements supported a 2.5x increase in monthly program revenue.
