  Key achievements - Reduced the working time for preparing the daily financial report by 90% (from more than 6 hours to less than half an hour) by using complicated functions in Excel as a result, a certificate of appreciation was obtained from the General Manager of Elnilein Bank (documented)- Created The branches` financial performance rating report. The report contains 15 performance indicators, and each indicator has a weighting, so that we get the ranking of the branches according to the financial performance. The report also prepares a letter automatically for each branch explaining the performance of the branch in each indicator. This report aims to monitor the branches and stimulate competition between them. and enabling executive managers to get insight about the performance of the branches - Developed Excel files to calculate expected cash flows and forecast branches profits and losses. and many excel files were designed that helped co-workers to save time in human resources, such as restricting vacations and calculating the cost of salary increases , as well as the many departments, excel files were designed for them, which helped them to accomplish their tasks more efficiently and in less time.Key duties- Preparing monthy report to evaluate performace of the branches .- Analyzing current and past financial data .- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis .- Identifying trendsin financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement .- Establishing and evaluating profit plans .- Assist in preparing the feasibility study for opening new branch ,- Providing financial models and forecasting .
