  -I took part in a project where I analyzed the cost of warehousing and delivery operations in 2018 and forecasted for 2019 using Excel and P1M1 software. I also conducted an analysis to define major customers, and their order volumes reported, and I forecasted for the next years by collecting information on previous years.-As part of this project, I worked with the logistics department and developed strategies to minimize the costs in warehousing operations such as order picking and storage costs. I also participated in visits to the main plant and observed production operations.
