Responsibilities included the day to day management of field personnel and vessels; project planning; field management of survey projects (technical, qhse and commercial) and the subsequent compilation of charts and reports. Significant amount of time spent managing operations in remote (and hostile) areas of the world. Member of the executive leadership team of Senergy Group, an energy services company (£75million turnover with a global workforce of 1000 plus project contractors (rigs, vessels, bases). As a member of the Executive Leadership team responsible for delivering a safe and sustainable business. At the request of the CEO and reporting direct to the COO tasked with building and implementing a world class QHSE function across the business. Responsible for all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Ethics. Included strategic, management and project level QHSSE support to the Groups global activities including business units delivering operational/project activities (offshore and onshore).   Following the completion of the sale of Senergy to Lloyds Register and with changes in the direction of the organization, took the opportunity to leave the company. Spent time at home with family, travelling to ski and mountain bike as well as time on my motorbikes.
