Promote CIP/DSM products to Commercial and Industrial customers in MN, CO, SD and NM territories. Promote Energy Management and Benchmarking to customers. Help customers and vendors take advantage of Xcel Energy's conservation improvement programs.Projects have resulted in over 60,000,000 kWh saved. Helped residential customers on issues related to their energy usage, costs and service issues. Worked on additional projects as well. Worked on the Correspondence Team with focus on customer service for contacts that came in via website, email, etc. Worked on efficiencies within team to increase production and improve customer satisfaction. Helped pilot a program to improve the billing process for management companies and their tenants.
