      •Provide effective leadership and direct a team of five or more technicians in overseeing the performance of day to day scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the CH47 D/SD helicopters.•Ensure that the maintenance and installation of rotor and transmission components of CH47 D/SD is safely and effectively performed on the helicopter by the team.•Proactively conduct inspections and verify and validate on major repairs and alterations as required by the technical manuals.•Coordinate with Flight Operations to ensure aircraft availability for assigned missions.•Ensure that aircrafts are thoroughly inspected and properly maintained in safe and airworthy condition in compliance with the Statement of Work set forth by boeing and Republic of Singapore Air Force.•Complied with company policies on tool control, FOD control and prevention, HAZMAT policies and procedures, as well as transmission oil analysis program.•Maintain accurate record entries of life components of CH47 D/SD.•Handled and provided maintenance on aircraft by replacing defective or damaged components by using gauges, hand tools and testing equipment.•Performed day to day inspection of blades, drive systems, rotor systems and transmissions.•Handled the task of installing rotor blades, drive train systems, rotor systems and transmissions..
