      As part of the Global Advertising Team, I oversaw the media strategy and spending in 24 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Czech Rep., Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Israel, the Baltics, etc.). This meant increasing the value of our media plans, implementing country-specific advertising plans (reflecting the global strategy and local learnings), and ensuring our agencies observe contractual commitments. Furthermore, I took on the role of coaching local Brand teams to develop and implement impactful and efficient advertising plans.Achievements:▪ Optimizing the advertising plans of 24 European markets (8-figure cumulated budget in €) – alignment to the global strategy, improved KPIs, and media costs.▪ Successful outcome in media pitches in Denmark (2023) and Norway (2023), renegotiated media buying prices in Slovakia (2022) and Romania (2023).▪ 8-figure pro bono advertising budget collected from various international and national media outlets to support the Wings for Life World Run (global charity run).
