The Senior Treasury Accountant is responsible forbanking relations, cash flow management, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.- Cash Flow Management:• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.• Forecast cash requirements and manage excess cash to optimize returns.• Risk, Financing, and Cash Management duties according to process handbook.• Provide Currency management risk advisory towards divisions during and after the bidding and execution projectphase.• Monitor and analyze the AASTMT’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate and optimize theshort-term borrowing or investments or assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties.- Banking Relations:• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.• Oversee bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.• Bank Account Administration (opening, closing, bank accounts maintenance, authorized signatories, ..etc.).• Approve foreign exchange, wire transactions, and facilitate other credit line transactions.- Payments and Collections:• Process vendor payments, ensuring timely disbursement while maintaining a positive cash position.• Monitor accounts receivable collections to ensure cash inflows align with expectations.• Provide the bank with supporting documents related to any foreign currency payments as per Central Bankregulations.• Support in execution of Foreign Exchange (spot) and Money Market transactions.• Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses.
