  NDT Engineer

   NDT inspection of components of the aircraft and subansamble produced by the company, NDT inspections to civil airplaines (Boeing 737, Airbus A320, Bae 146, AvroLiner) Understanding the standards (ASTM. SR EN, etc) and the documentation of the aircraft NDT (NTM Manuals- Boeing , Airbus and Bae-146) Evaluates all analysis results to ensure compliance with standards and internal regulations; - X-Ray Inspection Responsibilities:- I am responsible with the non-destructive control by performing the X Ray and evaluating the results. Very good cooperation with welding personnel to choose the best solution and solve identified problems; - Perform X-ray inspection of industrial welds in accordance with state and industry certifications. Develops and implements testing and inspection procedures. Tests / inspects raw material, and/or finished product to quality controls to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable government regulations.  Perform and evaluate Non-Destructive tests, like Liquid Penetrant examination, PMI examination(Magnetic Flaw Detection), Radiographic examination, and Ultrasonic examination(thickness measurement, composite testing(disbonding..), Phased array inspections, ultrasonic inspections of airplanes parts);  Ability to follow written procedures accurately. Able to read and interpret detailed results and give feedback to the relevant departments and customers. Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration;  Responsible to report any non-conformance according to the internal specifications and customer requirements;  Responsible with all documentation related to NDT and ensure traceability is maintained; - Responsible to build up all NDT reports;  Show less
