We would do discussion boards. I would post on the discussion board and respond back to students. My degree helped me to get the position as a front clerk in the hospital. I bill patients information to them and set up appointments over the phone and in person. I would communicate with other professionals such as nurses, doctors, and administrators. The school taught me how to code and how to use excel better.
