The school produces some of the highest MCAS scores, and sends it's students off to very impressive colleges.

      My responsibilities include: answering the phone, routing phone calls to appropriate staff when necessary, scheduling appointments, calling and emailing for appointment reminders, scheduling and calling on random drug tests, answering questions from students/parents/faculty/staff, sending and answering emails, completing Dean Certifications/Conduct Reference Checks, communication with school and city police departments, updating cases, keeping up with federal laws (FERPA, HIPPA, etc.), and proposing ideas that will help the office run more efficiently. I also work closely with the professional staff members, including tasks beyond scheduling; I edit documents when asked, edit and compose presentations, reserve hotel rooms, create itineraries, and other various tasks.
