My responsibilities as a BIM M&E engineer consisted of: Managing, standardizing and developing system of 2D construction details for QC Department. Organizing, standardizing and developing data storage of 3D Revit family for company’s future usage. Creating presentations, reports, 3D rendering photos and 4D construction simulationat different perspective views (for bidding phase or for showing to clients) Assisting with creating drawings for QS (material quantity estimate,cost estimate), and for permission. Developing specifications and drawings for Construction or As-built drawings (practical and workable design drawings) from the conceptual design. Revising and modifying the drawings so that Architectural drawings, Structural drawings and M&E drawings are fully compatible with each other. Preparing and reviewing Shop drawings (very detailed drawings)This job was rather demanding and requires good sense of responsibility. Most of the time, I had to juggle with a couple of projects at a time. Despite this, due to the job, I finally learned how to deal with deadlines and stress effectively. Show less
