      Mr. Frazier started his environmental policy career at HWAC leading the technical committee responsible for development of the annual industry state of the practice publication. In 1994, Mr. Frazier was promoted to lead the state and federal lobbying activities of this trade association representing over 300 environmental services companies covering a range of policy, procurement and technical issues. Mr. Frazier's lobbying efforts included leading a group of executives and outside lobbyists to protect environmental funding in the wake of the 1994 mid-term elections that spawned numerous Congressional efforts to cut funding for various environmental programs across the government. These efforts successfully elevated the key issues to the public spotlight and contained the potential damage, limiting cuts to the greatest extent possible.Mr. Frazier led many technical and policy initiatives related to sourcing, such as shaping policy around performance-based contracting and fairness in the contract evaluation process. His primary role was to lead a software integration team of 10 in selection and deployment of the IBM Rational System Architect (SA) tool, which included integration into both an Oracle and MS SQL Server Backend environment. Show less My current role and responsibities in Allianz Technology include designing and implementing a regional workplace and IT support delivery vision that unites disparate IT teams supporting different clients into a single, harmonized function focused on better, cheaper customer-focused IT services. My specific objectives for 2022-23 include combining AZ Technology teams in France supporting nearly 26000 AZ Group employees and consultants. Service innovations include ONE onsite support team serving multiple Allianz entities by providing harmonized proximity services such as onsite support, mobility, asset management, walk-in center, meeting room and printing support. Combining teams and harmonizing proximity services offers increased capacity, shared expertise, IT career mobility, common measures, and higher customer satisfaction.As an example, my efforts to drive implementation of the Global Hardware Service for collecting workplace hardware demand and enabling online ordering in Service Now with delivery to home or office locations throughout France illustrates the value of harmonized service delivery. Demand was collected in early 2022 from several AZ Tech customers in France for Allianz Mobile Client cloud-managed laptop solutions and a new global stockroom concept implemented with over 2 million euros invested by AZTech France in 2022. Latest generation laptops were ordered and delivered to our Munich-based stockroom in under 2 months. Our first customer, AGCS, partners with AZ Tech France for delivering on their strategic ambition to replace locally-managed fat clients with AMC devices.Simultaneously, my role includes design and implementation of a new application owner service globally to address the need for 24/7 technical application management for regional workplace apllications. The new AO service included a successful pilot packaging and deployment of Efficient Elements as a powerpoint add-on tool for M365 users globally in Allianz SE. After spending 1 year in the role of Head of Workplace and End User Services for AGCS, where I drove the merger of the Level 1 service desk function for AGCS and Euler Hermes, I transitioned in March 2020 to lead workplace transformation at Allianz Partners as an Allianz Technology service provider. I led transformation of the Workplace function serving 21000 end users in 34 countries, consolidation 34 distinct workplace teams into a single global workplace provider. I led process design and implementation for joiner-mover-leaver process governing all JML activities across Allianz Partners, consolidated workplace teams and budgets, implemented an aggressive savings plan resulting in 1.4M savings in the first half of 2021, and implemented the persona concept for all AP end users adopting a persona. Designed a cost calculator to enable AP branches to understand costs when assigning personas to their personnel, ensuring 98% of all AP end users mapped to personas in the first half of 2021.
