Introduced interactive Data and Process Modeling using Knowledgeware projected on a screen in JAD sessions. Had Executive interviews with District and Area Sales management to assist in business case justification. Led discussions with Strategic priorities of IBM as communicated by its Chairman.

  Independent IT Management Consultant working through leading consulting companies with their Major and National Account client practices. As an Independent, contracts were typically for shorter durations while consulting companies recruited their own full time staff for these positions. Often though, I was requested to stay on assignments and continue assistance for longer timeframes. Engagements were as short as 3 months or as long as 3 years. I purposely developed multiple skills specializations to enhance quick placement in new clients as contracts ended. Developed an Overall Integrated Implementation Workplan with Operational Support Plans. Implemented Best Practices in Performance Test Standards and Procedures leveraging Quality Center Suite. Placed Loadrunner servers in 13 locations throughout the U.S. and Asia. Simulated a peak of 2000+ online users active in Asia while U.S. batch jobs were executed in the local data center. Liaison to Developers and ensured Requirements were Testable and Traceable to Test Plans. HP contract came into question upon continued losses by the Postal Service causing Project staff reductions.
