  WHAT WE DOMasthead offers amongst others, Compliance, Risk Management and Training services to Financial Service Providers (FSPs). We have been around for more than 15 years and our expertise lie within the CAT I and CAT II/IIA licence categories and include focus on Risk, Life, Investment, Employee Benefits and Short Term businesses. Our approach to FAIS and FICA compliance goes wider than traditional compliance only and we have a big focus on integrating compliance (the have to) with business best practice (the how to) in order to create systems and processes within FSPs that focus on Risk Management and Future Sustainability. Initiatives by the FSCA such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Retail Distribution Review (RDR) will have a big impact on all FSP business models over the next couple of years and we have a key focus on embedding these into our customers’ businesses to ensure they are future fit and remain compliant. We have staff across the country with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth. Our head office is in Mowbary, Cape Town. Show less
