  I worked on a project specialising in Apple EUC hardware and data migrations for several hundred users across Penguin Random House. The project formed part of an integration programme following the corporate merger between Bertelsmann and Pearson. On joining the project the scope of my deliverables were increased to also remediating an Apple bug that was flagged post migration. I presented to the Change Advisory Board and approval was granted. Following successful UAT, I deployed The AD tool across the estate that remediated the Mac OS/LDAP password notification bug. For future rollout plans I also developed a Self Service, in-place upgrade workflow for users. Enabling them to upgrade their machines to Yosemite using a streamlined and automated methodology.
