   Supported the Consumer Health ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) process and contributed to strengthening of the operational risk environment of Corporate Functions by leveraging vast CH US Business experience, relationships, analytics, independent challenge and ideas. Supported CH business in CARM / ERM process and guided business in process related questions. Coordinated the risk management activities in the areas of ICS and general audit activities including both Corporate Audit and external ICS related audits across all Consumer Health activity areas. Supported CH business in process design to ensure that ICS requirements are fulfilled. Ensured correctness of all required ICS documentation and provided training of process owners and control testers on the ICS tracking software. Supported all CH US internal and external Audits as appropriate. Ensured availability of required documents to support Audit activities and acted as mediator between Audit team and Business during and after the Audits. Lead the follow up process after Audit and tracked implementation of Audit recommendations. Shared Audit learnings with other Bayer divisions/ functional organizations via the RM Team and community. Worked with core team, as well as functional Business team leaders and colleagues to develop and publish the newly required Bayer Consumer Health Commercial Policy which will serve as a set of rules intended to regulate the Legal Entity’s sales, conditions, pricing and other commercial activities. Ensured that all activities in Consumer Health are in compliance with the directives and instructions received from Bayer AG’s Group Risk Management.
