  I started as a receptionist then was promoted to lead receptionist. As a lead, I was responsible for opening and/or closing the gym office and ensuring the front desk was set up and ready for business in a timely manner. I handled phone calls and directed them to the appropriate departments. I managed the filing system and assisted in the start of new gym memberships as well as keeping current membership payments up to date.

  I assisted the franchise owner in the development of his new business from the start, hiring the right team and setting up the inventory. I was responsible for running the store with a team of 5 employees. I ordered the supplies, managed the inventory, and handled all monetary transactions. I was also responsible for handling customer service and special orders. We successfully established the business such that the owner bought a second, larger franchise in a busier location.   Assisting the District in the growth and development of Health Enthusiasts. I was requested to manage this store, the largest in the District. Responsibilities include:- Excellent Customer Service- Constant staff training with new initiatives- Interpersonal Communication- Manage Financial Objectives- Merchandising Standards- Payroll and Inventory Control- Community Outreach I was requested to manage this store to develop and train a brand new team.Our store received the District Branded Leadership Award for 2015. I was requested to manage this store after it had some staffing issues. I successfully re-trained and re-staffed the store with the right people. We did aggressive marketing outreach to rebuild our personal connection with our local community. Our store received the District Branded Leadership Award for 2013. This was my first store I was promoted to as manager. After only 5 months I was then requested to lead the largest store in the district.
