  I managed processes, systems and compliance associated with Intellectual Property (IP) protection. Administered IP docketing system (IPManager), built and oversaw web-based systems to manage invention disclosure collection, evaluation and decisions.I was responsible for assessing compliance to legislation such as Stevenson-Wydler , DOE Orders, Contractual requirements, Company policy and industry best practice. I implemented new processes, using best available tools, to improve our compliance and productivity. I led the charge to documents processes including desktop guide, formal procedures and in-person training.I was responsible for all reporting. I responded to internal and external requests for both scheduled and ad-hoc requests. I designed and built queries in the backend database (Microsoft SQL Server). I used Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to publish professional looking reports that could re-used as necessary to meet mission needs.
