  As a electrical maintenance engineer I'm trying to minimize the maintenance cost & maintenance budget, giving maintenance schedule for our electrian to maintain plant running smoothly,planing to ensure that reduce the maintenance problem in working sites , provide assistance with troubleshooting , issue reports on major failures and recommend suitable actions to minimize the problems,we are doing preventive maintenance in our control panel & machinery's to reduce that fault in the plant
