Created an extensive database from data collected from the building audits for easy tracking of information. Created a Preventive Maintenance Schedule/ Program to be followed by all 65 stores. Provided all phases of project management for all store remodels, including (but not limited to); preparing drawings, corresponding with architects and engineers (MEP), bidding process, monitoring and punch list.
