  RANO WASH is a 5 year USAID project, implemented by a consortium of partners, that engages WASH development in governance, the private sector, and through behavior change at the national, regional, and local/community levels. I worked with the organization Caritas Madagascar to support the behavior change strategy in the Vakinankaratra region. - Managed the behavior change strategy and target objectives, as well as the gender and social inclusion activities in the region. Primary strategies implemented were Community Led Total Sanitation, Village Savings and Loan Associations, WASH committees at the commune and village levels, and the Grow Up Sticker program which promoted key behavior changes.- Supported, trained, and coached 33 Support Technicians implementing the behavior change activities in 33 intervention zones/communes within 3 districts.- Strategized, implemented, monitored, and evaluated monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives and action plans with the Regional Team.
