      *Operation period: from May 2016 to Aug 2017:- Managing the Reservation team of 3 members: Manager, Supervisor, Agent.- Review and Analyse Daily, Weekly, Monthly pick-ups, booking paces, productions by rooms types, by channels, by accounts, by days of the week, density, LOS, group displacement in order to implement a suitable strategies (inventory availability, pricing controls) and reporting.- Review and prepare Daily/Monthly forecast of rooms and a monthly forecast of F&B.- Implement the researches of market pricing and information (CBRE, Savills, Hospitality in Vietnam..)- Prepare and lead the weekly RevMax with GM, DOSM, FOM, FBM, Chef, Reservation Manager by reviewing pick-ups of the week, analyze the market (competitors information, events in the region), market demands and forecast the next coming months.- Packaging: Create hotel promotions to increase direct bookings and review to participate in Online campaign (Brands.com and OTAs) to increase online bookings.- Ensure all websites booking (OTAs) are maintained up-to-date (photos, hotel facilities).- Training hotel personnel are competent in the use of all systems (PMS, OTAs Extranet).- Ensure the system is configured correctly.*Pre-opening period: August 2015 - May 2016:- Market study: identify the position of Hotel with an adequate pricing, sales & marketing strategies.- Budgeting & Forecasting.- Hotel distribution (info, room types, photos, pricing) on Accor website.- Expand the hotel visibility on Online channels (OTAs, Metarsearch, Google, Social Media, Tourism websites, Banners, Online Ads, etc…)- Ensure all hotel information are correct in every channels.- Ensure hotel team members understand the online sales strategies.- Setup the hotel into system (Accor system and PMS) correctly.- Packaging: Hotel promotions- Undertake Pricing, distribution for Novotel Thai Ha – Hanoi 343 room(was planned to open Q1-2017). Show less • Operation period: 25th April 2014 – July 2015: - Create and develop rates strategies of the Resort. - Assist Director of Sales & Marketing to undertake the rate grid, pricing and budget. - Daily, Weekly, Monthly pick-ups, booking paces analysis, strategies (inventory availability, pricing controls) adjustments and reporting. - Ensure the system is configured correctly and all websites booking (OTAs) are maintained up-to-date (photos, Resort facilities). - Implement the researches of market pricing. - Create packages to expand Resort reputation and promote Resort facilities (In-Villa BBQ, Spa). - Prepare and participate the weekly RevMax with GM and DOSM by reviewing pick-ups of the week, analyze the market (new competitors, events in the region), demands and forecast the next coming months. - Create new partnerships with new OTAs, Vacation rentals (Airbnb, Travelmob), Metasearch, etc.. to expand Resort reputation. - Undertake monthly reports on the different levels of performance: market segment, channels, length of stay, sales productions, productions by villa categories, nationalities and market share. - Work in liaison with sales and reservation departments as a team. - Work in liaison with Finance team to prepare monthly reports (OTAs commissions, Websites bookings fess, Orges report).• Pre-opening period: November 2013 - 25th April 2014: - Assist Resident Manager to setup the Resort: Resort signage, Resort master keys map, check Villas ID defects and takeover Villas. - Assist Director of Sales & Marketing to undertake the rate grid, pricing and budget. - Setup the Resort on TARS (The Accor Reservation System) and OPERA PMS. - Create relationships with OTAs, GDS. - Implement the researches of market pricing. - Support Marketing team for the social Medias (Instagram, G+) and e-marketing.
