      1.Early Role & Promotion: Initially joined SINA's technical department as a Test Engineer. After a year, I was promoted to Quality Manager, where I led a 6-member team responsible for testing and managing web-based products such as Sina eMail and Sina Blog.2.Project Management Innovation: Two years into my role, I introduced a test-driven project model, where testing leaders assumed project management responsibilities. This approach ensured that testing engineers were involved from project initiation through post-launch, including direct communication with users. This model significantly improved project completion timelines and product quality.3.Sina Weibo (Microblog): Four years later, I joined the Sina Weibo team, which was then the most influential microblogging platform in China. Weibo was a social media network based on user relationships, where users could share, disseminate, and access short real-time information via a "follow" mechanism. By 2010, Weibo users were posting over 25 million messages daily, with a cumulative total of more than 2 billion posts.4.Leadership & Achievements: Led a 12-member testing team that covered functional testing, performance testing, and automated testing across both Weibo’s web platform and mobile applications. My team identified and reported over 1,000 product defects, working closely with the development team to resolve these issues and enhance platform stability and performance.5.Impact: My leadership and innovative testing methodologies contributed to the delivery of high-quality products, ensuring that both SINA eMail/Blog and Weibo met user expectations for reliability and functionality, even as Weibo grew to become the most influential microblogging platform in China.
