      Aug 2015 - Jan 2019

As a reservist I supported 8 different commands as part of the senior enlisted leadership working to mentor, mold, and train junior enlisted Sailors and Officers over a 22 year period. During this period of time I supervised hundreds of Sailors and managed multiple engineering departments.I also served on active duty during the early part of my career prior to moving to the Navy Reserves, working as an Electrical Supervisor aboard ship. The Mid-Atlanta Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Norfolk Naval Base required a strong leader and trainer of Sailors so a request was made to fulfill this role. Oversaw the development and training of junior engineering Sailors in electrical, electronic, and mechanical workshops preparing them for shipboard and shipyard work along with proper military protocol.
